On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing organisation based in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane. Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Projects teams, this role offers the opportunity to gain exposure across the full project lifecycle while supporting the successful delivery of engineering and manufacturing projects.

About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects by assisting with planning, scheduling, documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects progress efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and tracking
- Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation
- Monitor project milestones and provide progress updates
- Assist with procurement activities and supplier coordination
- Maintain project schedules, registers, and reporting requirements
- Support manufacturing and engineering teams with project deliverables
- Assist with quality, safety, and compliance documentation
- Participate in project meetings and record actions and outcomes
- Support commissioning and project close-out activities as required
About You
Essential
- Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, construction, fabrication, industrial, oil & gas, or energy sectors
- Previous experience in a project coordination, administration, operations, or technical support role, or a strong desire to develop within a project environment
- Understanding of project delivery processes
- Experience working with project schedules, procurement, or technical documentation
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Highly Regarded
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Process, or similar)
- Mechanical aptitude or technical background
- Exposure to AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar engineering software
- Project Management experience or studies
